The main objective of this project is to inform the development and implementation of a patient navigation program in New Brunswick for youth/young adults with mental health and addiction concerns, their informal caregivers, and members of the care team. It will also provide stakeholders with evidence, information, and practical resources to adapt patient navigation for this population.
