Angad Gujral- Critical Tech Healthcare Cooling Therapy for Infants

The proposed project aims to study the use of cooling therapy for infants in Canada, with a focus on analyzing existing protocols and the cooling therapy market. The goal is to gain a better understanding of the Canadian healthcare system and how cooling therapy as a more efficient alternative and across a larger geographical to help babies with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). This project will provide valuable insights into the Canadian market for cooling therapy and its potential as a treatment option for HIE. Partnering with the Cansbridge Fellowship will allow the project to build a network of high-reaching individuals who are passionate about healthcare and making a positive impact in the world. The project’s findings may attract future fellows and healthcare professionals who are interested in the research. This will help Cansbridge build relationships and learn from experts in the field, which can be beneficial for their professional development.
