Anova Fertility Business Development Project
The proposed project will act to analyze and improve the referral network at the partnering organization. Building the referral network through forming relationships and partnerships with other professionals will facilitate growth for the company. The expected benefit of the project will be successful data analysis on previous referral behaviour of healthcare providers paired with short and long term strategy to grow the company.
