Business Development Coordinator
Covid-19 has impacted vacancies and cash-flow of properties under management and has caused HomeSphere Capital to be delayed by uncertain economic markets and potential fluctuations to real estate property values. We will be working to develop a rent deferral program for commercial tenants, as well as create a risk mitigation plan to help prepare and manage future uncertainty caused by Covid-19.
