Business Operations

Affinity, a Vancouver-based IT and recruitment company will be undergoing some changes in 2021. During my internship, I will focus on improving current processes, support the establishment of tools, approaches for transformative initiatives within the Operations team at Affinity, maintain and coordinate documentation such as roadmaps and business cases on assigned projects, generate data, report analysis as requested by leadership across the business, support program management and coordination of corporate planning within the Operations team, and partner with members of the Operations team to ensure initiatives are completed as per timelines and stated objectives. This will be key for the growth of the company.
