Business Strategy Internship – ECAH

The current pandemic has been a tough time for everyone, but especially for people who are in deep need of care. ECAH promises to verify each care professional that joins the ECAH ecosystem, providing the care recipients with ease of mind in the fact that they are hiring a verified professional. The rating system also gives the care recipients the ability to provide feedback to the care takers, while informing the local community of their personal experience. For care professionals, this is an opportunity to gain financial stability while providing a helping hand within their local community. In the current economic environment, it has become tough for PSW to visit home of the people in need of care. In addition, homeowners have a tough time trusting a stranger to enter their home and take care of their loved one. ECAH provides the flexibility to these concerned individuals while taking on the liability upon themselves.
My personal contribution will be to listen to the voice of these customers and understand their true concern.
