Client Success and Integration for onboarding customers

The project will consist of 2 primary goals: to apply the Six Sigma methodology in creating a effective onboarding/integration process for new clients and to utilize the 3Rs (Retention, Related sales, and Referrals) framework as a guide to optimize Glo3D’s customer success strategy. These two goals will practically strengthen our brand image, create a stronger relationship with the end consumer and improve users experience as we enter new verticals. The candidate will be tasked to build out essential business processes, to analyze consumer data and to explore new ways of customer engagement. As far as professional growth, the candidate will have a tremendous opportunity to tactically engage in our consumer onboarding experience, to automate certain processes and to manage a team as we grow.
