Climate-Conscious Waste Diversion for Households in Fredericton
This internship will assist the Fredericton Community Climate Hub initiate discussions with City residents on climate-conscious lifestyle choices by engaging them in practices to reduce or eliminate household wastes. The intern will research, analyse and synthesize the disparate programs for citizens to actively employ the 7Rs (rethink, refuse, reduce, reuse, repair, regift, recycle), within the City. The research will inform and guide actions by the Hub membership to conduct a zero-waste pilot project in Fredericton.
