Connected Canadians Outreach & Partnership Coordinator

During COVID-19 the demand for the services at Connected Canadians has gone up significantly, and the strain on the volunteer management team has gone through the roof. Communities all over Canada asking Connected Canadians for help. One of the key areas that have expanded in scope is dealing with those communities, and standardizing the procedures for handling these incoming requests. Organizations continue to ask Connected Canadians for different types of training programs both for seniors and their own organizations. This project is key to resolving any inefficiencies in the current outreach and partner management
processes as Connected Canadians’ scale; being able to document processes and address any issues early on is key, to ensure that the future growth process is as smooth as possible while helping Connected Canadians to serve more Canadian seniors in the future.
