Customer Acquisition & Retention Process

The intern will be assisting the partner organization in setting up strategies to find and recruit customers. This will include researching direct to consumer marketing strategies as well as setting up the back end processes to create a good shopping experience. The intern will spend the first half of her internship leveraging her analytics skills to pinpoint the target consumers and also to find the right methods to reach these consumers. She will then optimize and scale these strategies. In the second half of the internship she will leverage her operations experience to determine the best scalable solution for production. This will involve creating a system between the consumer’s online order, the manufacturing facility, and then the delivery to the consumer’s door. These two major projects will help the partner organization by setting up the systems necessary to have a successful launch the organization’s first product online.
