Data Intern

The project proposes to collect information on manufactures across Ontario in all different industries. This allows for governments and institutions alike to understand and have an idea on what manufactures are not only producing but what they are capable of, especially in current COVID-19 times where governments are trying to understand where they can source essential manufacturing and who they can go to to pivot their manufacturing. The benefit for myself, the intern, I will gain experience in working with real data and being able to organize and draw important connections, I will also be able to expand my connections and learn about many different industries. The partner organization will benefit as they will be able to more effectively and efficiently organize data and better act on the implications of that data from the skills that I have learned in my program thus far.
