Tutor Teach has faced rapid growth since inception in 2020. This extraordinary growth has lead us to re-evaluate areas for improvement and growth which is how this internship was developed. The intern will have a multifaceted role which will improve Tutor Teach’s digital communications, online presence, and marketing strategies. Tutor Teach requires a strong SEO plan to increase website traffic and align it with our social media efforts. Additionally, Tutor Teach is seeking to develop a forward-thinking digital marketing plan to target specific audiences and regions. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are needed for future consistency, and an intern will conduct assessments to propose sustainable scalability solutions. The role includes a large journalistic component in order to develop new initiatives. These initiatives include the research, development and execution of a branded podcast to reach a large range of audiences nationwide. Additionally, the intern will work towards bolstering Tutor Teach’s media relations initiatives while to create buzz around Tutor Teach’s programming and services as a lead-generation strategy. The intern will be able to grow in confidence and skills, starting their career off with tools and initiatives that will give them real-world experience. Tutor Teach’s growth is promising, but marketing gaps persist, and they serve both students/families and teachers. A Digital Communications intern will help address these issues and gain valuable skills. This project benefits Tutor Teach by enhancing our digital marketing and long-term scalability.
