The scope of our research project is to assess the level of representation of visible minorities in leadership roles in the public and non-profit sectors in London, Hamilton and Ottawa. The findings of this report will provide the partner organization with a baseline to assess changes in visible minority representation in subsequent years. By taking stock of who leads various organizations, we hope that our research will encourage these organizations to reach their full potential through the inclusion of visible minorities in their most senior decision-making positions.
