Fraser Health Authority is the largest regional health authority in British Columbia, serves over 1.9 million people across 20 diverse communities. Committed to providing “Best in Health Care,” we prioritize innovation and community empowerment. Recently completing a repatriation process, we are now focused on digital transformation within our Housekeeping Services portfolio, aiming to enhance service delivery through online interfaces, dashboards, and workflow revisions. We have established a team of Digital Transformation Interns, each with specialized roles: Dmytro for data organization, Jarrie for learning modules and dashboards, Marie for requirements gathering and interface enhancements, and Raman for accessibility features and compliance. Together, the interns will drive the initiatives forward, ensuring efficiency and progress in our digital transformation journey.
