As part of its commitment to “Better health, best in health care,” Fraser Health is undertaking a significant digital transformation within its Housekeeping Services portfolio to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. A major challenge lies in modernizing and reengineering existing user interfaces, dashboards, and workflows to support continuous improvement and innovation. Current systems and processes require enhanced integration, automation, and real-time data visibility to meet quality assurance KPIs and support rapid decision-making.
