Broccoli seeds has several bioactive compounds known to have health promoting benefits, such as anticarcinogenic, antioxidant, anti-aging, antidiabetic and anti-inflammatory. In this research will explore unique method to isolate such bioactive compounds from Broccoli seeds for nutraceutical applications such as in supplements.
