Handy Fairies Internship

The outcomes that I hope to achieve for Handy Fairies are that the business has a clear path for expansion both during my time with the company and after I have departed, hiring a committed cleaning staff that will want to achieve the goals Handy Fairies has set out to accomplish and create a marketing campaign that will entice new customers to provide ongoing revenues to Handy Fairies. These outcomes will be achieved by the contributions I will make to the company. Contributions will include outlining the strategic rollout of a sustainable expansion strategy, creating customer acquisition strategies, helping to potentially revise compensation structures of employees to create a greater degree of retention, determining the target market of employees that will need to be reached out to and generating marketing materials that will capture the attention of potential customers.
