Human Resources Co-op – 4 Month Summer Term

At current it is generally difficult to find external resources (either permanent or contract) to assist our organization with the HR requirements and Recruitment requirements required to operate at above functional rates. Our systems, processes and projects require individuals with a broad systems experience, ability to analyze processes and adjust and as well good interpersonal skill. In short we would like to work with a student to at minimum provide a real world experience of what is required and from there grow and develop through our day to day requirements over the term identified.
