With the intention of improving efficiency relating to their product development and product management processes, Danby Appliances has communicated adaptive decision making and mitigating supply chain management uncertainty as areas of significant interest. Utilizing qualitative methods, process mapping, and strategy charts, recommendations will be developed to benefit Danby Appliances contributing to their competitive advantage.
