This project will deliver clear, measurable improvements in productivity by automating routine tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and communications. It will also create interactive dashboards to track key performance metrics, client satisfaction, and operational effectiveness in real time. Additionally, the project will institutionalize continuous improvement through structured client feedback processes and internal performance benchmarking.
