The Learning and Development Intern will be working within the London Drugs Human Resources team. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this intern will be responsible for working with the Learning and Development team to identify learning opportunities for London Drugs employees along with providing recommendations to deliver this training. This internship aims to facilitate technical business growth by providing a range of training tools and resources, addressing gaps in learning and development materials, and collaborating with HR and retail managers to enhance the training experience. Additionally, the Learning and Development Intend will be responsible for using quantitative methods to track and report on learning outcome retention rates. The deliverables include various training materials, detailed reports on gaps and retention rates, as well as recommendations for the leadership team.
