My role is as a market research intern at Groupanizer, a SAAS company that currently provides services to the non-profit sector. Currently, most of their customers are choirs, who are struggling due to the coronavirus pandemic. Therefore, it is my role to investigate new possible markets for Groupanizer to enter.
