Cantiro is an award winning real estate company with projects across Alberta, BC and Ontario. We are working with Mitacs to continue to drive innovation in how we adapt the latest retail strategies, trends and emerging technologies to some of individuals’ largest purchases including:
• creating a new way for customers to experience the homebuying journey through a centralized Discovery Centre located in emerging communities,
• developing new products to meet the current housing shortages and affordability challenges consumers are facing,
• incorporating new technologies and AI-enhanced systems to increase efficiencies and productivity, and
• exploring emerging AI capabilities to increase the personalization of a customer’s home research, selection, purchasing and move-in experience.
