Momentum Design Build

Momentum Design Build is a Vancouver Island based construction and development company that designs and builds custom residential housing, commercial buildings, and light industrial projects. They have faced significant growth in the last two years and are looking for solutions to meet demand while maintaining a high-quality product. The proposed internship has two components. It will involve improving and developing budgeting systems for construction projects, as well as job-shadowing project managers and learning project management software to develop the intern’s project management skills. The internship will benefit Momentum by improving processes, which will enable them to identify their strengths and to take advantage of the growing opportunities in the development industry.
