Monark Leadership Application: Early Product Development and Innovation

Monark is a mobile-first, on-demand, self-led leadership development platform that combines psychology-based learning with a community of practice, empowering leaders to own their growth anywhere, anytime. By integrating timely educational content with learnings and experiences from a network of growth-oriented leaders, Monark prepares high-performers for the challenges of tomorrow. Our holistic training model engages users in personalized, evidence-based development by utilizing 360-degree assessment, microlearning, on-the-job practice, behavioural nudges, real peer feedback, and the first-hand knowledge that lives outside of textbooks, all with the goal of driving measurable and lasting behaviour change. This project will help Monark address the current challenges of the iteration and expansion of the product in its early form, by focusing on the collection, analysis and interpretation of early data trends and habits from our pilot users.
