Optimizing Float Allocation Between Parties Based on Different Contract Models

The research project will focus on understanding how delays in different activities affect the overall time and cost of a project. Specifically, it will look at critical activities, which are essential for completing the project on time, and non-critical activities, which have some flexibility in their timing without affecting the project’s completion date. By studying these aspects, the project aims to identify ways to manage delays effectively and minimize their impact on the project’s timeline and budget. The partner organization stands to benefit by gaining insights into better project management practices, leading to more efficient and cost-effective project completion.
