Plastic Reduction and Energy Democracy Intern

The intern will be working on three different projects: i) translating recent international and national developments on plastic pollution & policy into popular language and disseminating it to the wider public to help improve outreach to local communities; ii) conducting surveys in four different provinces to gather data on the perceptions about energy production and democracy in local communities; iii) helping with the organization of town halls on different topics. These three different projects all support the participatory approach of Sierra Club Canada’s work and its contribution to reaching Net Zero by 2050.
