Preclinical-Grade Bioprinted Models of Breast Cancer Lung Metastases Using ECM-Derived Bioinks

The objective of this project is to develop decellularized extracellular matrix-based biomaterials suitable for extrusion bioprinting that capture the properties of breast cancer that has metastasized to the lung, and then to use these biomaterials to culture cells into human tissues that can be used as accurate models for preclinical drug development.
