At Premier Recruitment Services (PRS), we specialize in Public Practice and Accounting recruitment across North America. Our founding partners are both designated accounting professionals and we are a team of CPAs who recruit CPAs. Our recruitment technology platform has been developed to streamline the recruitment process we use. This includes a series of resources, such as video resumes, online training content, automated online interview scheduling with a feedback system are just a few to mention. As a result, we can offer employers a unique dashboard that uses metrics for hiring performance. This recruitment strategy has supported a substantial growth in our US public accounting division and allowed us to place CPA candidates across all Canadian provinces and across the US. Our team of recruiters works with CPA accounting candidates, builds sustainable relationships, and helps them move to their next professional role. The Recruitment and Talent Acquisition intern will lead a project where our talent acquisition and sourcing methods will be reviewed and improved. In order to successfully screen and interview candidates for the available roles, we want to stay up-to-date with novel approached in this industry.
