This project aims to help Mekapisk EnviroBlu improve its business operations by streamlining internal processes, optimizing inventory management, and upgrading its financial and IT systems. The company will increase efficiency, reduce errors, and strengthen communication by addressing these challenges. The improvements will enable EnviroBlu to grow its market reach, support Indigenous participation, and continue its commitment to environmental sustainability.
