Quber – Implementation of market strategies to capture small-medium sized clients.

Quber (www.qubersavings.com) is a financial wellness benefit offered to employees, through their employers. Employees save for short-term goals through the Quber platform, and employers have the option to match a portion of their savings. Employees earn matched incentives from employers. With a focus on short-term savings, and an emphasis on emergency savings, employees are much less likely to dip into their retirement savings when the unexpected happens. Even as an individual, it is possible to use this platform for saving money, keep track of your personal finances through spending analytics and achieve long term financial goals. The sales team has typically focused on acquiring large clients, but they are now looking for small-medium sized employers as well. They already have a few large potential employers in their existing pipeline but it usually takes time to convert them to a client. That is why they also want to build a solid pipeline of small to medium sized businesses that they can close faster.
