Real Estate Intern
I will be responsible for creating and uploading social media posts, both for our listings, as well as interest pieces. I will be responsible for coordinating mail-drop campaigns, ensuring the printing is complete and dropped off at Canada Post. I will be involved in new listings (helping research fair market value, preparing a listing presentation, ordering title and strata documents, booking photos and floor plans, and uploading the listing to the MLS. I will also be involved in maintaining the CRM and sending out monthly newsletters via MailChimp.
