Sqèwqel Development Corporation – Business Development Internship

The Sqéwqel Development Corporation (SqDC) is a dynamic economic development corporation affiliated with a First Nations band, specifically Seabird Island. Established in 2014, our primary goal is to empower the Seabird Island community and promote their economic independence. We actively engage with the community to identify and address their needs, fostering collaboration and innovation. The Business Development Interns will play a multifaceted role, including grant identification and application, strategic partnership development, marketing support, research and due diligence, website maintenance, community engagement, among many other tasks contributing significantly to our growth and community impact.
