Target Analysis and Evaluation

The technology vertical is rather fragmented. More specifically, solutions providers with offerings such as cloud platforms and managed services oftentimes only offer that one solution. This project will attempt to address the fragmentation of the industry via consolidation of key players. Consolidation and acquisitions can only be achieved by obtaining a certain amount of capital, which will be secured through lenders and investors, and thus, this project will revolve around the ideation and execution processes.
