The MUHC-McGill Ocular Pathology Laboratory: A Centre for the Teaching, Research and Diagnosis of Ocular Diseases

The laboratory’s research is composed of three key arms that make up the core of its work. These are: Anterior segment, Intraocular tumors (including melanoma, retinoblastoma and ocular lymphoma), and Imaging and its correlation with histopathology, (in particular of normal and diseased retina). Within these research arms are multiple projects that several members of the Laboratory are working on. The main overarching goal of these projects is to study the progression, treatment, and intervention of various ocular conditions.
