TRLUP – Enabled Talent
Enabled Talent is an inclusive employment platform using AI to connect people with disabilities to accessible jobs. This project will help the team move from a pilot to national scale by researching market needs, analyzing employment policies, and shaping a plan to reach more users and employers. The intern will support with market analysis, pricing strategy, and identifying trends that will guide future growth and adoption. The goal is to create long-term impact in inclusive hiring across Canada and beyond.
