The organization’s rapid growth and its mission to elevate human potential require a more robust and innovative approach to social media marketing and digital content creation. Currently, Trust Your Talent is facing a challenge in expanding its online presence and building a stronger brand recognition across multiple social media platforms. While they have established a foundation, there is a need to develop more dynamic, creative, and data-driven content strategies that will engage and resonate with their target audience. The innovation challenge here lies in developing social media and branding strategies that not only reflect the organization’s core values and mission but also foster stronger community engagement and elevate the expertise of their coaches and mentors. This project will go beyond typical marketing practices by strategically integrating content creation, social media management, and performance tracking to improve engagement and visibility in a competitive industry.
The expertise required for this project includes proficiency in social media platforms (such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook), content creation (photography, video editing, writing), and digital branding. An understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and market trends will also be crucial for assessing content performance and adjusting strategies accordingly. Additionally, creative storytelling and the ability to tailor content to specific audiences and platforms will be essential for achieving success. By addressing these innovation priorities, the intern will contribute to an enhanced digital strategy that not only supports day-to-day marketing activities but also creates long-term improvements in Trust Your Talent’s online influence and brand positioning.
