This project will leverage the expertise of interns in areas such as marketing, communications, learning and development, and corporate accounting to drive meaningful change. The interns will conduct research, analyze data, and develop engaging content, thereby creating a more dynamic and responsive business model that supports Westland’s mission of building strong communities and client relationships. Their contributions will not only enhance day-to-day operations but will also lay the foundation for long-term strategic improvements, positioning Westland as a leader in the insurance industry.
