Clinical and Physiological Outcomes of Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES) to the Mastoid Process for the Treatment of Anxiety

Anxiety is the number one mental health disorder across the globe; however, since the pandemic, anxiety has skyrocketed to
an all-time high. Anxiety patients typically have access to treatment in the form of medication or cognitive behavioural
therapy (CBT), but medication is stigmatized and associated with intense side-effects, and CBT is expensive and hard to
access. This project explores the safety, efficacy, and physiological changes associated with a new wearable treatment for
anxiety called, Roga: a wearable device that lets anxiety sufferers access effective anxiety treatment at home, at work, or on
the go.
