The onset of COVID-19 pandemic has posed major challenges in Geomechanica, a small organization that develops a state-of-the-art simulation tool (Irazu) for the civil, mining, and petroleum engineering industries their business. The company is seeing budget cuts in client base and global economic slowdown to inefficiencies caused by remote work setups of their employees. As the global situation is still uncertain, the company needs additional support to minimize the deficiencies in the flow of their software development and deployment to ensure that technical issues followed up promptly and errors in the code developed are being addressed to effectively.
