Investment banking is behind the curve in terms of digital transformation, doubly so for mid-market investment banks. As COVID-19 now enforces digital communication more than ever, Alcedio needs to develop a sustainable client management system to prospect, build, and maintain client relationships. An effective CRM system could further enhance our capability to manage more deals as it would monitor and track the communication with clients. This research and implementation will enable Alcedio to accelerate its digital transformation by streamlining its marketing efforts and organize its database of investment funds and clients.
