Information System Analysis, Reconfiguration, and Improvement – BOLD Growth Inc.

The intern will assist the company in upgrading and advancing the use of different information technologies including an HRM system, a knowledge base, and primarily focusing on an ERP system. These duties will include auditing the data entered in these systems, updating new features, training staff on new features, and performing basic data analysis to identify useful insights. The expected benefit is that the company will have improved information systems to coordinate their processes, staff that are well trained to use the software, and various reports and insights gathered from analyzing these systems’ data.
