MechMonkey Business Marketing Internship

MechMonkey is an innovative technology platform dedicated to facilitating Auto repair shops’ appointment management system. With MechMonkey, Auto repair shops can manage their appointments and interactions with their customers. Additionally, a mobile app allows their customers to schedule services, save invoices, and have reminders set for their vehicle maintenance. MechMonkey is a one-stop solution for both garages and their customers. This project will help in speeding up the process of launching our application. Additionally, this version of application needs to have additional features and integrations than our old one. By conducting market analysis, this project can assist the business in determining what features and integrations will provide us with a competitive advantage. Additionally, MechMonkey needs to speak with the auto repair shops to learn more about the difficulties they are currently facing with scheduling appointments and interacting with their customers.
