Project Analyst Intern

Channel Gate Technologies Inc. (Cymax Group) achieved record revenue growth in 2020 and exceeded planned budget by 50%. The COVID-19 Pandemic has posted both risks and opportunities to Cymax Group and to the eCommerce industry in general. As one of the market leaders in the eCommerce space in the US, Cymax Group has experienced elevated growth, and more recently step change increase in volume that can be attributed to COVID-19. As part of the company’s strategy to drive sustainable growth in this new industry dynamics, the engagement of an intern will contribute to ensuring successful execution of key strategic projects and playing an integral role in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Project Activities Overview:
o Key strategic projects: ERP and Finance system migration, CRM Implementation, Project management Process improvements
o Key responsibilities: business analysis, requirements gathering, project coordination, and monitoring of key strategic projects

Significance of the Project:
o Fresh perspective with current learnings from Sauder
o Ability to accelerate Key Strategic Projects such as ERP system
migration and CRM implementation are critical to the company’s
success and growth in the next 5+ years.
o Challenges address: Upgrade key system infrastructure to more
scalable and robust platforms
