Stephanie Bauer – Fledge

Fledge Health Inc. is an Education & Health Technology company based in Calgary, Alberta. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to thrive and so are building the world’s most comprehensive online platform for wellness & education. Using research backed and evidence based programming, we build competency and capacity in students while building a network for educators, parents, and healthcare providers to provide continued connection and support throughout development. This project engages a student with an undergraduate degree in the Education, Health, Business and/or Technology and who is completing their MBA at the University of Calgary. The purpose of the project is to utilize the existing skills of the student to develop, document, and implement new processes and policies that will shape the development of the organization. The student will also engage in internal and external communications to build their professional network and gain an understanding of leadership within a fast paced start up environment. Throughout the duration of the project, the Intern will be contributing significantly to the development of key documents, processes, practices, and standards that align with company values.
