Part Time Human Resource Intern – FFUN Group
The project with FFUN Group will be to assist the organization with updating its current recruitment standards and practices. This will include performing job analyses in order to identify key competencies of the specified positions, reviewing and updating the performance standards/scorecards used to evaluated employees, and reviewing and updating written position descriptions. This will benefit the partner organization – FFUN Group, as it will address the changes the organization underwent during the COVID-19 pandemic and provide FFUN Group with an updated recruitment and selection process that will encourage the hiring of strong employees that give the organization a competitive advantage.
