The project is designed to offer timely recommendations to the organization about refined programming to retain existing and recruit new membership in view of long-term sustainability given the COVID-19 pandemic. The aspiration is my partner organization will benefit from recommendations that intend to increase profitability, raise member retention, and improve member recruitment.
