Date Changes
To request an update to your internship dates, please use the following form: Date Change Form
Before filling out the form:
– Ensure you have confirmed your start date/end date and/or any date changes with your professor.
– Your internship cannot be less than 10 weeks nor exceed 12 weeks in length.
– Internships cannot start later than July 31, 2026. NO EXCEPTIONS.
– You must provide 3 weeks’ notice for any changes. If you provide less than 3 weeks’ notice, there may be delays in processing changes to your health insurance and/or payment schedule.
– Special notice for China Scholarship Council (CSC) students: Internships cannot be less than 3 months in length.
– At this time, we are not allowing components of the internship to be carried out virtually.
– Payment schedule: Your payment schedule may be adjusted based on your new internship dates. To determine your new payment schedule, please look for the “Payment Schedule” document under the banking tab.
