Nfinite Nanotechnology, a Waterloo-based startup, is developing ultra-thin nano-coatings to effectively block water vapor and oxygen, helping to preserve air-sensitive products. Their coatings are easily compostable and designed for real-world use in food, cosmetics, and household products – areas where existing sustainable packaging often falls short.
