Learn MoreL¡¯objectif de ce stage est d¡¯¨¦laborer un mod¨¨le de fiabilit¨¦ de conception pour un pipeline de haute r¨¦sistance soumis ¨¤ des pressions internes, ¨¤ des forces axiales et ¨¤ des forces aux extr¨¦mit¨¦s dans des conditions de charge monotone. Les tuyaux faits d¡¯un mat¨¦riau d¡¯une limite ¨¦lastique minimale ¨¦gale ou sup¨¦rieure ¨¤ la cat¨¦gorie 550 (X80) sont d¨¦finis comme hautement r¨¦sistants. Les crit¨¨res de performance m¨¦canique de la conception seront ¨¦tablis par le d¨¦veloppement, l¡¯¨¦talonnage et la validation des proc¨¦dures de mod¨¦lisation num¨¦rique, comme les ¨¦l¨¦ments finis. Au moyen d¡¯un programme de tests ¨¤ l¡¯¨¦chelle, les donn¨¦es exp¨¦rimentales seront employ¨¦es pour ¨¦talonner les proc¨¦dures de mod¨¦lisation num¨¦rique. Le r¨¦sultat final de ce projet sera un rapport d¡¯ing¨¦nierie comportant un sommaire de la m¨¦thodologie, de la port¨¦e des travaux et des analyses ayant men¨¦ ¨¤ l¡¯¨¦laboration des fonctions des ¨¦tats limites d¨¦finissant les crit¨¨res de tol¨¦rance du concept, notamment les limites de compression, pour les m¨¦canismes de flambage localis¨¦s des pipelines ¨¦nerg¨¦tiques de haute r¨¦sistance soumis ¨¤ des forces combin¨¦es. La compagnie partenaire, IMV Projects Atlantic, tirera directement profit des r¨¦sultats de ce projet.
